| Simplicity 1551 Misses Renaissance Queen Gown in size 18-24 UNCUT |
What is it about a Renaissance Festival or Medieval Fair that makes them so attractive? The time in history was difficult for almost all. Disease, poverty for all but a few, high crime rates yet when we see the long, flowing gowns we let out a big, collective sigh. I think the chess matches with human chess pieces are cool....although I don't think I would want to be one of the pawns. I couldn't stand still long enough. Not all of us would be a princess living in a castle and wear gorgeous gowns and furs but one can wish. Here's a few patterns to help make that dream come true at the next festival.....or wedding. |
