Twelve New Listings for Special Occasions At GoofingOff Sewing

Well, I am back after having an incredible adventure in Haiti. The 1st Medical Mission to Fond Jean Noel, Haiti is in the books. The mission was a success. We triaged the children at three orphanages then provided care to over 350 people in the remote village of Fond Jean Noel. The group I had the opportunity to work with was wonderful and so were the people. Lots to talk about but that will be in another post. Right now I'm talking and showing the latest patterns in the GoofingOff Shop.

As luck would have it, incredibly good luck, I found an stash of sewing patterns that were uncut and complete. It’s been a while since me last post and I do apologize for my absence. My upcoming trip to Haiti has my head swimming. Lots of things going on like a fundraiser this week and a breast cancer 5K in 2 weeks after that. Oh, and it’s my birthday today. Happy Birthday to me! Phew!

Cocktails, Anyone? Cocktail Dress Patterns at GoofingOff Sewing

What is it about a  cocktail dress that makes a woman feel sexy? Is it the silky fabric that clings in the right places....that turns a walk into an event to observe...the little extra wriggle in the walk?  That's the go to dress for date night or a friend's wedding. From the LBD to the Lady in Red they add something special to the night...
